The location near Brooklyn Bridge and WTC kept us close to shopping and attractions, which was a plus. Loved the vibrant lounge with a fun vibe and great music. Rooms had a modern touch, beds were comfy, and amenities like the TV options were solid. We faced a frustrating check-in process due to elevator delays, and staff were confused about fees. Our room had a slow sink drain, which was annoying. The dining options felt limited, especially since we ran into some issues with breakfast orders—incorrect items and no updates about menu changes left us disappointed. Would appreciate better communication and maintenance before the next stay.

would come again
The room was cozy with a super comfortable bed and cool design. It had great amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bar area was lively, and breakfast had delicious options like fresh croissants and fresh juices. Easy access to the subway made exploring the city a breeze.

I had an awesome stay and loved how the cozy queen room had a fantastic view and the security features made me feel safe. The lounge area was a great spot to unwind, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for relaxation. Just a heads up, my room wasn't ready at check-in time, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

Conveniently located near WTC, this stay offered a clean and quiet Queen Room with stylish decor. Even with the lively atmosphere at the bar, the room remained undisturbed. The hotel is well-located with a vibrant atmosphere and clean, modern design. Enjoyed the great views and friendly bar service, but the rooms are quite small and some maintenance could be better. Also, the $25 credit can be confusing if not used wisely. Overall, a decent experience.

Centrally located near significant transportation hubs, unique bar experience, efficient use of small spaces
Housekeeping services were inconsistent, often requiring multiple requests for basic items!!! Additionally, elevator delays were frustrating, especially during peak hours!!! Improvements would enhance the overall experience.

Had an awesome time with my friends during our stay! We loved hanging out in the 5,000 square-foot lounge, challenging each other to some ping pong and enjoying the vibes while the DJ spun classics. Perfect for a group getaway. Just a heads-up, the rooms are quite tight, so pack light!
One downside was the check-in process. staff seemed a bit confused about fees. It made the start of our trip a bit bumpy.

I had a lovely 5-night stay in a compact queen room. The price was right, and I appreciated the daily $25 credit for the restaurant. Functional room, great for light packers like me!
However, the reception felt more like a high-stakes game of patience. Seriously, next time I’ll bring snacks for that queue!

The location was excellent, situated near South Street Seaport and the World Trade Center, making it convenient for subway access. The room was stylish and the bed was comfortable, which greatly enhanced my stay. Breakfast options were diverse and of high quality. Additionally, the festive decorations in the main lobby were impressive.
The check-in process was slow and inefficient, which could be improved.
